Cancellations
Orders that have yet been dispatched may be cancelled at the discretion of Autoshop.com.au. To cancel an order placed, immediately email cancelorder@autoshop.com.au with your order number in the subject line.
Credits
Purchase credit will be given on the following conditions only:
Within 30 days of invoice date
Goods are unused, and in new sellable condition
A 15% restocking fee may apply at the discretion of Autoshop.com.au
All Shipping Costs are borne by the customer
Original invoice is included
Refunds
Refunds will be given on the following conditions only:

Goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly described at time of purchase
